Reservation is Recommended
Because our resorts are located on the island, therefore a reservation is highly recommended, and most of our customers reserve many months in advance. This is because we only have limited rooms in each category and at each resort location and with advance reservation, it helps us to prepare everything ready when customers arrive at the resort.
Most of our reservations are coming through our email address (info@bastianos.com) either they are from FIT or Group clients or also from our dedicated agencies and tour operators. The good thing when the reservation arrives through email is so we have all the record email correspondences between you and our multilingual staff in Sales & Reservation dept.

All bookings that come through our email, after some email corresponding between you and our sales, on a final confirmed quotation, you shall be receives by a booking confirmation with a booking number that should be send by your sales and this will be CCed to our staff in accounts dept.
for them preparing your invoice and once the invoice is ready, our accounts will send you officially by email an invoice with the calculation from your booking, the total amount of deposit and balance payment and there is also our bank details if you wish to do your payment via Bank telegraphic transfer.
