Cashless Policy

NEW PAYMENT METHOD AT RESORT = NO CASH PAYMENT POLICY

effectively January 1st 2025

Please note that starting January 1, 2025, our resorts will not accept cash payments in any currency, including IDR, for any extra payments. Additionally, payments cannot be made via bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, DOKU, or any other online payment methods.

We only accept:

- Credit/Debit Cards (with a 2.5% surcharge): VISA, MasterCard (American Express is not accepted).

Please notify your bank of your travel plans to Indonesia to prevent any issues with your cards. Payments will be processed in IDR, and we use the XE.com exchange rate to determine the daily conversion rate at the time of payment.
